Supervisor Requirements

I understand and accept the Supervision Requirements:

· under 8s must have an adult on the water with them, 4 - 7 year olds have a ratio of one adult to two children in the water and under 4s have a ratio of one adult to one child.

· Two adults present at all times.

· Max 1 hour supervision followed by a 20-minute break. See comment in email

[ ] Hold a valid First Aid qualification (e.g., Emergency First Aid at Work) and am confident in administering:

· Expired Air Resuscitation (EAR)

· External Cardiac Compression (ECC)

[ ] Am physically capable of recovering a casualty from the water.

[ ] Will bring a working mobile phone to every session.

[ ] I Checked the rota of the chemical levels in the pool are safe and will only allow entry to the pool if within the safe range
